Carloc 12.5mg tab(Carvedilol) 

Carloc 12.5mg tab made by Cipla Ltd which is used in the treatment of high blood pressure, heart failure and chest pain(angina). Its main ingredient is Carvedilol that acts as an alpha and beta blocker. Functionally it works by slowing down the heart rate and relaxing the blood vessels. This makes the heart more efficient at pumping blood around the body. 

Some side effects caused by this drug are decreased blood pressure, headache, fatigue, dizziness.
