Celkeran 2 mg is made by Natco Pharma Ltd. which consists of Chlorambucil as a main ingredient. Celkeran 2mg is an anti-cancer medicine which works by damaging the genetic materials like DNA and RNA of cancer cells. This helps in further reducing the growth and multiplication of cancer cells. It is therefore used in the treatment of blood cancer and Hodgkin’s disease.

Side effects caused by this tab are nausea, vomiting, mouth ulcer, anemia, Decreased blood cells, bone marrow suppression, diarrhea, decreased WBC count. Special prevention should be taken in order to prevent from these effects.
