Combitide 100mcg Rotocap(Salmeterol,Fluticasone Propionate) 

Combitide 100mcg is a capsule which is made by Sun Pharma and is used for the treatment of asthma and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. This rotocap is a combination of two medicines salmeterol(50mcg) and Fluticasone Propionate(100mcg). Salmeterol is a long acting bronchodilator which works by relaxing the muscles in the airways and widens it. Fluticasone Propionate is a steroid whose function is to stop the release of certain chemical messenger that cause inflammation of airways. These actions taken by these two drugs makes patient breathe easier.

This medicine should be used with the device where it crushes the whole tab and you have to inhale that powder completely. Some common side effects caused by this drug are Nausea, Vomiting, respiratory tract infection, headache, hoarseness of voice, cough and increased heart rate. Overdose is not allowed as it may cause some severe effect to your body.
