Flonida 5% Cream (Flourouracil)

Flonida 5% contains Flourouracil which is used in the treatment of actinic keratosis and skin cancer. It is an anti-cancer cream belongs to a class of chemotherapeutic drugs called anti-metabolites. The drug acts by blocking the synthesis of genetic material required for the replication of cancer cells. This helps in preventing the growth and further division of cells.

This dosage of this cream depends upon the age, weight and medical condition of an individual. Some side effects associated with the cream are skin peeling, skin irritation, skin redness, burning sensation, skin scar. When you are on this medication make sure you are not pregnant.
