Nexavar 200mg is a brand name for the saltation Sorafenib made by Bayer Pharmaceuticals Pvt Ltd. It is an anti-cancer medicine which is used in the treatment of various types of cancer like liver, kidney and thyroid. It works by blocking the action of abnormal protein that helps in multiplication of cancer cells. By this action it reduces the speed by which the cancer cells grow and slowly it stops completely.

Patient has to swallow the complete tablet intead of chewing and crushing into pieces. Some side effects caused by this tab are fatigue, nausea, loss of appetite, diarrhea, abdominal pain, hair loss, weight loss, rash. All side effects are not seen directly but some of them are common which occur in all patients. So prevention should be taken in order to get maximum benefit.
