Rimonid Eye Drop(Brimonidine 0.15)
Rimonid Eye Drop is used to treat ocular hypertension
and glaucoma. It is made by Micro Laboratories which consists of Brimonidine 0.15%
by volume. It is a sympathomimetic and it works by lowering the production of
aqueous humour due to which eye pressure gets decreased.
You need to hold the dropper close
to your eye without touching it and gently squeeze the dropper. Once medicine
enters your eyes then close your eye lid for 10 seconds. Clean the surface if
any drop comes out of your eye.
Side effects caused are Erythema,
Foreign body sensation, blurred vision, dryness in mouth, dermatitis, burning
sensation in eye, eye itching, Allergic reaction in eye, etc.
