Timolast Opthalmic Gel(Timolol)
Timolast Opthalmic Gel is a used in the
treatment of glaucoma and ocular hypertension. It is made by Alcon
Laboratories whose main ingredient is timolol 0.5% by volume. Timolol is a
beta blocker whose work is to decrease the production of aqueous humour and
decrease the increased pressure in the eye.
It is been advised that pregnant
women should not make use of this medicine as adverse effects are seen. This
drug may sometimes make you feel dizzy, sleepy, tired or may decrease
alertness.
