Fiboresp 200 mg Tab(Pirfenidone)

Pirfenex is made by Cipla which consists of Pirfenidone as a main ingredient. It is an antifibrotic medicine which is used in the treatment of idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis. It works by reducing fibrosis(scarring) and swelling in the lungs which makes breathing easier.

Use this medicine as advised by your doctor, swallow it completely instead of chewing, breaking or crushing it. This drug should be taken with food don’t consume this on empty stomach.

Some side effects caused by this drug are Nausea, Vomiting, headache, dizziness, fatigue, abdominal pain etc. If you have any problem with your kidney or lever then it is mandatory that you should ask your doctor to adjust your dose.
