Betnelan 0.5mg tab is made by Glaxo Smithkline Pharmaceuticals and is used in the treatment of allergic conditions. Its main ingredient is Betamethasone which is a steroid. It blocks the production of certain chemical messenger that causes inflammation(redness and swelling) and allergies.

Take this medicine as advised by your doctor and duration of doses should also be adjusted as per. Do not crush or break this tab and take it as a whole. Make sure you take this tablet with food then it gives maximum benefit.
