Duolin Inhaler (Levosalbutamol, Ipratropium) 

Duolin inhaler is made by Cipla Ltd. whose main ingredients are Levosalbutamol and Ipratropium. These two salts are present in different amount as Levosalbutamol contributes 50mcg and Ipratropium contributes 20mcg. Levosalbutamol is a bronchodilator and Ipratropium is a anticholinergic which is used in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. These both help in relaxing the muscles of airways and widens the passage which makes breathing easier.

Before using check the label as you get to know how to use. Shake the inhaler and press once in your mouth and hold your breath for 10 sec. Repeat the process if more number of puffs are suggested by your doctor. Once the process is done rinse your mouth thoroughly.

Some side effects caused by duolin are Dryness in mouth, shortness of breath, cough, tremor, headache, palpitations and muscle cramp.
