Irovel 300mg is made by Sun Pharma is used in the treatment of blood pressure. The main ingredient is irbesartan which is an angiotensin receptor blocker. Functionally it works to relax the blood vessel by blocking the action of a chemical that usually makes blood vessel tighter. It helps in lowering the pressure of blood by which blood flows smoothly and also heart pumps more efficiently. 

Some side effects caused by this drug are dizziness, back pain, sinus inflammation, and increased potassium level in blood. It gets reacted with some drug so it’s better to tell your doctor about your medical history.
