Irovel H Tab (Irbesartan, Hydrochlorothiazide) 

Irovel H Tab is made by Sun Pharma which is used in the treatment of high blood pressure. It consists of two main ingredients irbesartan and hydrochlorothiazide which is 150mg by volume and other is hydrochlorothiazide 12.5mg by volume. Irbesartan is an angiotensin receptor blocker that works by blocking the hormone angiotensin and relaxing blood vessel. Hydrochlorothiazide is a diuretic that removes extra water and certain electrolytes from the body. This helps in relaxing blood vessels and improves blood flow which makes heart pump more efficiently. 

Side effects caused by this drug are nausea, taste change, stomach upset, diarrhea, weakness, dizziness, headache, glucose intolerance, increased blood uric.
