Lenmid 5 mg Tablet (Lenalidomide)

The main active ingredient of Lenmid is Lenalidomide which is a cancer treating pill which is used to cure a special type of cancer called as “Multiple Myeloma” and “Lepra reaction”. Initially it was made for the treatment of multiple myeloma and later on it was found that it is also beneficial for hematological disorders. It also helps in the treatment of diseases like transfusion-dependent anemia due to low or intermediate – risk myelodysplastic syndromes associated with a deletion 5q cytogenetic abnormality.

This drug is indicated to take in combination with dexamethasone for multiple myeloma and transfusion – dependent anemia. Some side effects associated with are diarrhea, nausea, vomiting, tiredness etc. so special care should be taken as to get maximum benefit
