Prolomet XL 25mg Tab (Metoprolol XL) 

Prolomet XL is a tab made by Sun Pharma which is used in the treatment of chest pain(angina), heart failure and high blood pressure. Its main ingredient is Metoprolol XL that acts as a long acting beta blocker which specifically works on the heart. It works by slowing down the heart rate and makes the heart more efficient at pumping around the body. 

It has tendency to react with some other drugs so it’s better to confirm with your doctor. You should inform you doctor about your medical history and then start with this. Some of the drug which interacts are Glimepiride, miglitol, Phenobarbitone, voglibose, Acarbose, gliclazide, tamsulin.
