Protera 20mg Tab (Pantoprazole) 

Protera 20mg is a tab made by Lupin laboratories Ltd. which is used in the treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease(acid reflux) and peptic ulcer. Its main ingredient is a Pantoprazole which is a proton pump inhibitor. Functionally it works by reducing the amount of acid in the stomach. This gives relief in acid related issues and heartburn.

Take this medicine as advised by your doctor but the time interval should be maintained. Take this tab as a whole don’t crush it or cut it into half this won’t give you much benefit.

Side effects caused by this drug are Vomiting, headache, stomach pain, nausea, flatulence, diarrhea.  

Prevention should be taken in this case as to avoid the side effects and make sure you don’t miss the timing of drug.
