Rimoflo Eye Drop(Brimonidine(0.15)
Rimoflo Eye Drop is used to treat
Ocular hypertension and glaucoma. It is made by IPCA laboratories which consists
of Brimonidine 0.15% by volume. It is a sympathomimetic and it works by
lowering the production of aqueous humour due to which eye pressure gets
decreased.
This medicine is for external use
and check the doses as prescribed by your doctor. Once you take this medicine
check the label how to use and even make sure you check the date as well. Hold
the dropper close to your eye without touching and pour 2-3 drops into your
lower eyelid. Once the medicine enters your into your eye then close the eye
lid for 10 seconds. If any fluid comes out from eye then wipe it off.
Side effects caused by this drug
are Erythema, Foreign body sensation, blurred vision, dryness in mouth,
dermatitis, burning sensation in eye, eye itching, Allergic reaction in eye, etc.
