Carboplatin is the key ingredient of the drug carboplatin (same name as per saltation) which helps in curing the cancer attached with the female reproductive system. It is an anti-cancer agent which slows down the growth of cancer cells and prevents from further spreading into the body. This injection is given during chemotherapy to cure ovarian cancer, head and neck cancer, lung cancer, brain cancer, etc.

This drug creates certain side effects like nausea, low blood cell levels, electrolyte problems and some allergic reactions. Do not take this if you have a liver problem, kidney problem, weak immune system or a breastfeeding baby as it may harm and give some other serious effects.
