Zorem 2.5mg Tab (Ramipril) 

Zorem 2.5mg is made by Intas Pharmaceuticals which is used in the treatment of high blood pressure and heart failure. Its main ingredient is Ramipril which acts as an angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitor. Functionally it works by reducing the active stress on heart and relaxing blood vessels. Due to this blood flows more smoothly and efficiency of heart increases as it pumps blood more efficiently. 

This drug has tendency to react with other drug so patient need to be careful. Some drug which gets reacted and causes serious effect are Azzathioprine, Lithium carbonate, Enoxaparin, Allopurinol. There may be some more medicines with different names so it should be confirmed with doctor.
