Delok 20mg is a tab made by Abbott which is used in the treatment of depression, anxiety, disorder, diabetic nerve pain, fibromyalgia, neuropathic pain, and stress urinary incontinence. Its main ingredient is duloxetine that works by increasing the levels of chemical messenger called serotonin and noradrenaline. These are natural substances in the brain that help in maintaining mental balance and stop the movement of pain signals in the brain. 

Side effects caused by this drug are nausea, headache, dryness in mouth, sleepiness, dizziness. There are some drug which has tendency to react with this drug and causes some serious effects.
