Bimat LS TM Eye Drop(Bimatoprost(0.1),Timolol(5)) 

Bimat LS TM eye drop is made by adding two salts namely Bimatoprost and Timolol in different proportion. It is made by Ajanta Pharma and is used to treat glaucoma and ocular hypertension. Bimatoprost is a prostaglandin analogue while timolol is a beta blocker. The main function of these two is to decrease the production of aqueous humour and thereby lowering the increased eye pressure.

While you buy this drug you should check the label to know about its use. Hold the dropper close to the eye without touching it and gently squeeze the dropper into your eye. After squeezing the dropper close your eyelid for 10 seconds.

Side effects caused are Erythema, Foreign body sensation, blurred vision, dryness in mouth, dermatitis, burning sensation in eye.
