Dinmek Tab(Lamivudine, Tenofovir disoproxil fumarate and Efavirenz) 

Dinmek is a tab made by MSD Pharmaceuticals. which is used in the treatment of HIV infection. It consists of three saltations with different amount as Lamivudine is 300mg, Tenofovir disoproxil fumarate is 300mg and Efavirenz is 600mg. These three medicines work by preventing the multiplication of virus and thus reducing the amount of virus from the body. This drug also helps in increasing the number of CD4 cells in the body.

Dinmek is tab which causes side effects if taken with food so it is better to take this tab on empty stomach. There are some more tabs which react like this and have to take on empty stomach. Side effects caused by this drug is vomiting or pain in stomach due to reaction.
