Efavir 200mg is made by Cipla Ltd which is used in the treatment of HIV infection. Its main ingredient is efavirenz that prevents the multiplication of HIV virus in human cells. This helps to put stop on virus to produce new viruses. 

Some side effects associated with this drug are headache, dizziness, vomiting, allergic reaction, fatigue, abnormal dreams, anxiety, fever, itching etc.
