Met XL 12.5 Tab(Metoprolol XL)
Met XL is a tab made by Ajanta Pharma which is used in the treatment of chest pain(angina), heart failure and high blood pressure. Its main ingredient is Metoprolol XL that acts as a long acting beta blocker which specifically works on the heart. It works by slowing down the heart rate and makes the heart more efficient at pumping around the body.
