Lobate 0.05% cream (Clobetasol)
Lobate 0.05% is a cream made by Abbott which is used in the treatment of dermatitis, eczema, psoriasis and allergic skin conditions. Its main ingredient is a clobetasol that acts as a steroid and works by blocking the product of certain chemical messengers. Sometimes, it makes the skin red swollen and itchy.
This medicine is for external use and dosages should be adjusted by your doctor. Check the label for directions to use. Clean the affected areas and apply the gel and after wash your hands thoroughly.
Some side effects associated with this if not used properly are skin thinning and sometimes application site reactions like burning, irritation, itching and redness.
