Risnia 4mg is made by Cipla Ltd and is used in the treatment of schizophrenia and mania. Its main ingredient is Risperidone and it acts as an antipsychotic. Functionally, it affects the levels of chemical messenger present in our body called dopamine and serotonin. It improves mood, thoughts and behavior of a person.  

It has a tendency to react with other drugs when gets interacted so you need to confirm with your doctor about this. Some medicines like Fluconazole and Itraconazole causes life threatening effect when gets interacted.
